We’re Injectify.is, an established e-commerce company selling research-grade peptides with fulfillment operations in the US and Canada. We run on WooCommerce/WordPress with BeTheme/BeBuilder hosted on Cloudways, and we work as a team, including affiliate management, email marketing, customer support, and fulfillment.
What You’ll Be Doing
Technical Development (Primary):
- Fix WooCommerce issues that we face and inconvenience like lack of certain filters in orders tab or adding actions to bulk action
- Troubleshoot plugin conflicts and bugs (payment gateway font sizing, checkout issues, etc.)
- Write custom PHP scripts and code solutions
- Modify BeTheme templates and themes safely (we have staging site too on Cloudways for testing)
- Debug errors and implement fixes without causing crashes or destroying assets
- Work with WooCommerce, custom payment gateways and plugins, shipping plugins, and third-party integrations on Cloudways environment
Admin & VA Tasks:
- Coordinate updates and status reports with multiple teams
- Attend team meetings when needed
- Handle site admin tasks and maintenance
- Communicate regularly with affiliate program manager, email marketing team, customer support, fulfillment team, and other admins
Must-Have Skills
- Expert-level WordPress & WooCommerce experience (not beginner-friendly work)
- Strong PHP coding skills – you’ll write custom functions and scripts
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery – for theme customization and fixes
- Problem-solving mindset – you’ll face unique issues that require custom solutions, not pre-made plugins
- Excellent English communication – you’ll interact with various team members daily
- Proven track record of making WordPress changes without crashes or fatal errors
- Experience with BeTheme is a plus
- Comfortable working with Cloudways hosting environment

Work Details
- Pay Rate: $8/hour
- Hours: Flexible 10-30 hours per week depending on workload
- Weekend availability: 1-2 hours when needed for urgent issues
- Time Tracking: Required via Harvest with task descriptions
- Work Type: Remote, long-term position
- Communication: Slack and/or WhatsApp
- Timezone: EST preferred but flexible if work gets done on time (one of our admins is in Thailand, so we’re used to flexible timezones)
