We’re a small business looking for a dependable website support company to help keep our site healthy and running smoothly. We don’t need a one-time fix — we want an ongoing partnership with people we can trust to handle the technical side so we can focus on our customers.

What We Need Help With:

  • Keeping the website updated and secure
  • Fixing problems if something breaks or slows down
  • Making small improvements or updates each month
  • Making sure our site shows up well in Google and works properly on phones and different browsers
  • General monitoring so we know things are being taken care of

  • Clear, friendly communication — we’re not tech experts, so plain English is important
  • A fast response if something urgent comes up
