Are you a sales powerhouse with a deep understanding of the WordPress ecosystem? We are looking for a result-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead client acquisition specifically for our High-End WordPress & WooCommerce Development services.
Your Core Responsibilities:
- WordPress Client Acquisition: Identify and close new projects for Custom WordPress Development, Theme Customization, and Plugin Development.
- WordPress Agency Partnerships: Proactively connect with global WordPress Agencies to offer our high-quality development as their backend/white-label partner.
- WooCommerce Strategy: Target businesses looking for scalable E-commerce solutions and high-performance online stores.
- Technical Coordination: Act as the bridge between client requirements and our core WordPress development team.
Uncapped Compensation Structure:
We offer one of the most competitive commission models in the industry:
- 10% Flat Commission on standard individual WordPress project closures.
- 25% Premium Commission for large-scale WordPress Agency Contracts, Enterprise-level projects, or long-term retainer clients.
- Zero Earning Cap — Your income grows directly with your performance in the WordPress market.
Who is the Ideal Candidate?
- Proven experience in IT Sales, specifically selling WordPress/PHP services.
- Strong negotiation skills and a professional command of communication.
- Self-Starters: Individuals who understand the WordPress landscape and can hit targets independently.
- Preferred: Candidates with an existing network in the US, UK, Middle East, or European markets seeking WordPress experts.
