Project: Kwik Fat Cut (Education-first health platform)

We are building a long-term education and health platform and are looking for a Technical Lead to guide the platform architecture and development workflow.

This is not a short freelance task.
We are looking for someone interested in helping build and maintain a platform over time.

Responsibilities

  • Platform architecture and technical decisions
  • WordPress + Kadence theme structure
  • Cloudways server management
  • Security, backups, and performance optimization
  • Guide Web Developer and Junior Developers
  • Approve plugins and technical tools
  • Documentation of system structure and workflow
  • Troubleshooting and technical support when needed
  • Help plan future platform features and AI integration

Required Skills

  • Advanced WordPress knowledge
  • Kadence Theme experience
  • Cloudways or VPS hosting
  • DNS / Domain management (GoDaddy or similar)
  • Website security and backups
  • Performance optimization
  • Documentation and workflow planning
  • Good communication and reliability
  • Experience leading or guiding developers preferred

Compensation

  • Monthly retainer (not hourly).
  • Long-term collaboration preferred.
