WordPress custom theme developer

Tenrec is a website-management agency — we build and maintain fast, secure WordPress sites, plus digital marketing services. We’re looking for a reliable junior-to-intermediate WordPress developer to join our small team.

This is hands-on full-stack WordPress work (PHP, JavaScript, Gutenberg/ACF Blocks, modern CSS) — building blocks, components, and custom functionality under the direction of our senior engineers. You don’t need to be a software architect. You need to be dependable, write clean code, and work well inside a collaborative team and PR workflow. Comfort with AI coding tools is a plus.

Salary is $73K–$80K depending on experience (full-time, post-conversion). The role begins as a 90-day contract-to-hire. Structured as a 90-day hourly contract-to-hire that transitions to full-time.
