I have an existing WordPress site — a film/animation portfolio. The structure works; it needs updating, reordering, and re-tagging to reflect a repositioning of my services. This is a content, copy, and configuration job, not a redesign. Looking for a WordPress freelancer comfortable working inside an existing theme.

Reorder the portfolio grid. Re-sequence portfolio items so specified projects lead and one specified project is removed from the homepage/featured view (I’ll provide the order and the item to pull).
Re-categorise the portfolio by industry sector. Currently tagged by film type (Animation, Broadcast, Commercial, Documentary, Short film). I want it re-tagged/re-filtered by sector instead (e.g. Subsea & Marine, Oil & Gas, Aerospace & Defence, Manufacturing, Corporate). This means creating new categories, reassigning existing portfolio items to them, and updating the filter menu. Same videos, new taxonomy.
Replace homepage and key copy. Update the headline/tagline, the “Working With You” / about-intro text, and the meta title/description. I’ll supply all final copy — you place it.
General tidy: check all portfolio videos play correctly on mobile (most of my traffic will be mobile); fix any broken embeds or slow-loading reels; confirm contact form works; update footer/social links, replace photos
Confirm responsive display on phone and tablet — the site must look clean and load fast on mobile.

What I’ll provide: all replacement copy, the new category structure and item assignments, the portfolio reorder list, and logins.

What I need back: changes made on a staging copy or with a rollback point (do not edit live without a backup), then pushed live once I approve.
