About the role
You strategically develop key account customer relationships, acquire new customers and actively shape team and company development.
As a strategic consultant, you will help your clients grow with customized scalable WordPress websites, plan relaunches with your technical teams, or support your clients’ goal achievement through performance enhancement, SEO, and data analytics in existing systems.
For your project management team you are a sparring partner, mentor and support them in their professional development.
*Strategic support, consulting and development of new and existing customers.
*Central and professional contact person for your customers and your team.
*Responsibility for needs analysis, consulting and recommendation for your key account customers up to contract negotiations.
*Planning projects for new customers, including presentation, costing, proposal preparation, as well as budget control.
*Supporting the project management team in achieving their goals and acting as a mentor:in.
*Contributing your ideas to the strategic development of Bleech and helping to shape our team structures.
*Several years of professional experience in a digital agency or a service company with a digital focus.
*Ability to build trusting client and team relationships.
*Experience in strategic client management.
*Experience in technical and disciplinary team leadership.
*Negotiation skills and aplomb in communication and presentation.
*Empathy, sociability and a flair for numbers.
*Fluent in written and spoken German and English.
