- Perform security audits and optimize performance.
- Innovate for the best user experience.
- Test across browsers and platforms.
- Manage projects via Trello, Jira, or ClickUp.
- Collaborate with GIT for version control.
- Document projects and communicate proactively.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Expert in PHP, WordPress, JavaScript, and CSS.
- Strong experience in WordPress plugins and theme development.
- Proficient in WordPress Block Editor / Gutenberg.
- Proficient in object-oriented programming, including Traits and Design Patterns.
- ReactJS experience.
- Web application security knowledge.
- Performance optimization skills.
- UX understanding.
- Browser and device debugging skills.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Strong work ethic and passion.
Bonus Skills:
- WP-CLI experience.
- Familiar with tools like PHPCS, SonarLint, etc.
- Package managers (e.g., npm), Grunt, WebPack.
- REST API experience.
- WooCommerce, Multisite, API expertise.
- Modern PHP frameworks.
- CI/CD workflows with Travis CI, GitHub.
- Docker, Vagrant understanding.
