Position Overview
This role requires a motivated Business Development Associate to join a dynamic sales team. This full-time, fully remote role reports directly to the Director of Business Development. In this position, you will play a key role in nurturing inbound opportunities, fostering client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth by supporting the sales process from initial engagement to proposal delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound inquiries by assessing needs, qualifying opportunities, and guiding prospects through early-stage discussions to build interest and alignment.
- Engage with potential clients through professional email correspondence, ensuring clear, timely, and value-driven interactions that address their challenges.
- Coordinate and set up virtual meetings, demos, or consultations to advance discussions and showcase ?c?ompany’s solutions.
- Collaborate with internal sales enablement teams to gather insights, customize proposals, and prepare compelling materials that highlight tailored benefits and outcomes.
- Present proposals and solutions via online platforms, articulating value propositions and answering questions to drive decisions.
- Craft detailed analyses and justifications for proposed initiatives, demonstrating potential ROI, efficiencies, and strategic fit for clients.
- Maintain ongoing client interactions to strengthen partnerships, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Track and manage pipeline activities using CRM tools to monitor progress, forecast outcomes, and report on key metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; relevant experience may substitute.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing role, preferably in tech, digital services, or agency environments.
- Significant experience selling or utilizing WordPress in an enterprise environment
- Proven ability to analyze opportunities and build persuasive rationales that support client goals and organizational objectives.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a focus on clarity, professionalism, and audience adaptation.
- Demonstrated expertise in cultivating and sustaining client connections, with a track record of trust-building and long-term collaboration.
