Identity creative designers are expected to dynamically manage multiple work-streams and meet goals in a fast-paced environment. As an important member of our client execution team, you are responsible for exceeding client expectations and delivering value as outlined by the Account Director. You deliver great work every day by using your creative juices and technical skill to execute quality deliverables, and work with internal support teams to achieve client goals and objectives.
Assist in the design, architecture, development, testing, implementation, and support of websites
Design and execute eblasts
Develop visual designs for all marketing needs including but not limited to: traditional ad campaigns, websites, social media, email campaigns, print materials and banner advertising
Formulate layout/design and be able to specify material details, such as style and size of type, photographs, graphics, animation, video and sound

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT
Current graphic/digital design industry knowledge and a passion for experimenting with new techniques and trends
Strong knowledge of A/B testing concepts
Expertise in website usability, web optimization, ecommerce, UX, email, responsive design, and direct response marketing design
Strong aptitude with WordPress
Strong understanding of brand identity and how content appropriately conveys a brand digitally
TOOLS YOU WILL BE USING
Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver and After Effects
College degree with a major in Graphic Design or related field of study, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3 years of professional and digital design-related experience in an agency or team environment
Makes significant independent decisions within the standards of the position and client relationship. Is generally guided by established policy and procedures
Works closely with Account Director and Associate Creative Director but is expected to make decisions on behalf of clients daily
Ability to independently execute work for client review. Larger projects and strategic direction reviewed by Account Director and Associate Creative Director
Working conditions are normal for an office environment
Standard working hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with potential to work late weekdays and weekends depending on client needs
