Organise CRM data and ensure best practices for segmentation, tagging, and automations.
Support SEO improvements (on-page optimisation, site health checks).
Improve email deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC setup and monitoring).
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience supporting WordPress sites using Kadence theme/blocks.
Strong knowledge of the Fluent plugin suite (CRM, Booking, Community, Forms).
Experience with email automation and marketing campaign setup.
Understanding of LMS and payment integrations (LifterLMS + Stripe a bonus).
Confident troubleshooting site speed, caching, and performance issues.
Familiarity with email deliverability best practices.
Proactive and reliable—able to suggest improvements, not just fixes.

Flexible freelance/part-time role (approx. 5–10 hrs/month initially).
Work with a team building a unique SME-focused growth network.
Opportunity to shape both the platform and our member communications strategy.
