Rapyd Cloud is looking for an experienced Lead Generation Manager to drive high-quality lead generation strategies in support of our sales goals. As a key player in our marketing team, you will work closely with content, advertising, and sales teams to develop, execute, and refine lead generation campaigns that fuel our sales pipeline and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
Research, create, and implement innovative lead generation strategies that align with Rapyd Cloud’s goals and objectives.
Partner with the content, advertising, and sales teams to ensure cohesive and integrated lead generation efforts that complement our broader marketing activities.
Oversee the creation and execution of lead capture materials such as ad graphics, ebooks, white papers, landing pages, and more.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of lead generation strategies, using data-driven insights to refine and improve campaigns over time.
Conduct A/B testing to optimize lead capture processes, reduce cost-per-lead, and maximize the volume of high-quality leads.
Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure lead generation activities are aligned with sales priorities and contribute directly to revenue goals.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of lead generation efforts, regularly reporting on progress and performance.
Requirements
At least 5+ years of experience in lead generation, sales, or marketing roles, with a proven track record of driving successful lead generation campaigns in a SaaS environment.
Experience working with the WordPress ecosystem is mandatory.
Native-level fluency in English with excellent written communication skills and the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
A self-starter with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Strong analytical abilities with experience in performance tracking and optimization to achieve measurable metrics (e.g., conversion rates, cost per lead).
Proficiency with SEO best practices and tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and other marketing platforms.
Comfortable working as part of a distributed team, using chat (Slack), video calls, and collaborative tools like Trello and Jira.
