At Rapyd Cloud, we are committed to providing the fastest-managed WordPress cloud hosting in the world. We are currently seeking a Sales Closer (Account Sales Executive) to drive customer acquisition and support our global revenue goals.
The Sales Closer is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director of the Rapyd Cloud Business Unit. In this position, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence by converting opportunities into customers. A successful Sales Closer at Rapyd Cloud will accurately forecast sales performance, maintain a high win rate for qualified opportunities, and work collaboratively with appointment setters and other team members to progress leads efficiently. You will also ensure that new customers are set up for success and have a seamless transition to their Customer Success Manager.
Responsibilities
Facilitate a consultative sales process with new opportunities daily, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Work directly with digital agencies to identify their challenges and opportunities, ensuring a fit with our business accelerator program.
Assist ideal prospects in making informed decisions by effectively addressing their concerns and objections.
Handle inbound opportunities from appointment setters and drive additional demand through self-generated leads and follow-ups.
Engage with past inbound leads and follow up with leads who booked appointments but did not show.
Document and track all activities and interactions within our Salesforce CRM system, which is essential for your success.
Provide feedback on lead quality and the effectiveness of our go-to-market lead generation strategies.

Requirements
Previous experience in a hosting company or SaaS environment is highly desirable.
Proven track record of achieving measurable goals in a sales environment, with previous experience in appointment setting, high-ticket sales, or coaching/consulting programs.
Strong networking skills and the ability to cultivate strategic relationships with clients and partners.
Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to clearly understand and communicate our solution’s value propositions.
High-level technical understanding of our products and how they integrate to serve client needs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
Ability to quickly synthesize new information and apply it effectively.
Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC) is a plus.
A willingness to ask questions and seek clarity to enhance understanding and effectiveness.
