Key Responsibilities:
Design, code, and maintain the All-in-One WP Migration plugin and its extensions.
Collaborate on enhancing and supporting our Laravel-based website.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, following best practices and ensuring scalability.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, QA, and product management, to integrate new features and resolve issues.
Identify and implement new technologies and techniques to improve performance, security, and user experience.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers as needed.
Required Skills & Experience:
Extensive experience in PHP with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming.
Proven track record in WordPress plugin development, including custom plugin architecture, hooks, and filters.
Solid experience with Laravel or other modern PHP frameworks.
