Job Description:
We are seeking a Social Media Promotion Specialist with a solid understanding of WordPress to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social media campaigns to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. You should be experienced in managing social media accounts, creating compelling content, running paid campaigns, and integrating social media strategies with WordPress websites.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement social media promotion strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Manage and optimize social media profiles on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
Create and schedule engaging content, including graphics, videos, and blog posts.
Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Monitor social media trends, competitor strategies, and audience insights to refine campaigns.
Integrate social media campaigns with WordPress websites, ensuring seamless content distribution.
Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build an online community.
Track and analyze campaign performance using Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics, Google Analytics, and other tools.
Collaborate with designers, content creators, and developers to ensure effective social media marketing execution.
Stay updated on the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Social Media Marketer/Specialist.
Strong understanding of WordPress, including blog posting, plugins, and SEO integration.
Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media platforms.
Proficiency in using social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.).
Excellent content creation skills, including graphic design, video editing, and copywriting.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data-driven insights.
Experience in influencer marketing, community building, or viral content strategies is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Certifications in Social Media Marketing, Facebook Ads, or Digital Marketing (preferred but not required).
