Support agent for free plugins

This is a full-time remote position.

We’re looking for an individual (NOT a company) who will help us manage our portfolio of free plugins –
The position includes day-to-day communication with users, identifying and fixing bugs, and pushing updates to the repository. It’s a mixture of support and development work so knowledge of coding is a must (especially finding your way around other people’s code). Strong English is important as well along with a solid understanding of how the WP repo works. Our plugins are used by millions so you need to be able to test, retest, and triple-test everything you do since it affects a lot of users.
