Job Description:
We are looking for a Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance for our WordPress plugins. This role involves interacting with customers to resolve issues, troubleshoot problems, and ensure customer satisfaction with our product.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to customers via email and chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to our WordPress plugin.
Document customer interactions and technical solutions.
Collaborate with the development team to report bugs and suggest improvements.
Keep up-to-date with new WordPress releases and our product updates.
Create and maintain FAQs and support documentation.
Assist in product testing and quality assurance processes.
