We are looking for a Technical SEO Executive to drive our SEO initiatives through in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and both on-page and off-page SEO strategies. This role is essential for increasing our organic visibility and optimizing our website’s performance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with tools like SEMrush, Google Search Console, GA4, GTM, and Ahrefs and be proactive in staying current with industry trends and algorithm changes.
Responsibilities
Keyword Research & Optimization: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities, optimize existing content, and support content creation to improve organic rankings.
Competitor Analysis & Benchmarking: Regularly analyze competitor websites and SEO strategies to uncover opportunities and keep our SEO efforts competitive.
Website Audit/Technical SEO: Perform regular website SEO to monitor site performance, and resolve technical issues (e.g., crawl errors, page speed, broken links, mobile usability, structured data) to maximize search visibility.
On-Page Optimization: Implement SEO best practices, including metadata optimization, internal linking, and content structure improvements to enhance organic search rankings.
Implement SEO strategies focused on site architecture, schema markup, and mobile-first indexing.
Off-Page SEO & Link Building: Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies, including outreach, link building, and building relationships with industry partners to strengthen domain authority.
Performance Tracking & Reporting: Use analytics tools like GA4 to monitor SEO performance, generate reports, and provide insights for data-driven strategy adjustments.
Industry Trends: Stay updated on SEO best practices, AI impact, search engine algorithm changes, and industry trends to ensure our strategies remain competitive and effective.
Requirements
Proven experience as an SEO Executive or similar role, with a strong technical SEO background.
Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, GTM, and Ahrefs.
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript; familiarity with website architecture and content management systems.
Demonstrated experience with mobile SEO and optimizing for Core Web Vitals.
Familiarity with WordPress and admin management for landing pages, blogs, etc.
Proficiency in both on-page and off-page SEO, including link-building strategies.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and apply insights to SEO strategies.
Knowledge of SEO best practices, algorithms, and ranking factors.
Excellent communication skills with a collaborative and proactive mindset.
Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and remain updated on industry trends and algorithm changes.
