We’re currently seeking a Support Team Member with:

  • Strong experience and skills in customer support
  • Strong experience in WordPress (technical, maintenance, and admin)
  • Solid understanding of WordPress — from user-level to developer concepts
  • Excellent written English skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings (UTC+3)
  • Availability to work on Saturdays or public holidays depending on rotation

What you’ll do:

  • Provide technical support via our ticketing system (no voice calls required)
  • Advanced debugging of plugin issues, CDN, page headers and more
  • Collaborate with the support team to resolve customer issues
  • Review, update, or contribute to plugin documentation
  • Test and familiarize yourself with new features and updates
  • Manage both new and ongoing support tickets
