Job Description:
Woofocus is a small but focused web design agency working on WordPress, UI/UX, and digital growth projects. We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer who can create designs that are not just visually appealing but strategically thought out with users in mind.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing high-converting websites, mapping user journeys, and delivering pixel-perfect UI. You should be comfortable working in Figma, creating everything from wireframes to final designs. Bonus points if you’ve worked closely with developers and understand what makes a design implementation-friendly.
? What We’re Looking For:
• At least 4 years of experience in UI/UX design for websites
• Strong portfolio of responsive web designs
• Proficiency in Figma (or similar tools)
• Solid understanding of layout, hierarchy, spacing, and mobile-first design
• Ability to design user flows, wireframes, and components
• Good communication and time management skills
• Able to meet deadlines consistently
• Agency experience is a plus
? Nice to Have:
• Experience with WordPress themes or CMS-based design
• Understanding of UX principles like CRO, heatmaps, and user testing
