We’re a Telehealth, Mental Health + Weight Loss company that is 100% virtual — including our team members + services. Our business provides medical practitioner visits, medications, group therapy, health coaching, and behavioral programming.
We currently use WordPress, and LifterLMS as the tool to provide our membership/courses to our members. We connect this with ActiveCampaign to deliver emails + automations for the member experience.
Our tickets, and backlogs, occur within Jira. You’ll be working closely with the VP of Product (direct manager), Operations Manager (handles all the day to day, and client communications/problems which you’ll eventually totally alleviate), as well as our WP Developer (this work is just outside their scope, and they operate overseas).
We have been doing the best that we can, but our team is not knowledgeable enough to manage the bugs and inefficiencies (or incorrect) setup of the system. There seems to be something new that pops up several times a week and our current team has hit bandwidth and aren’t the best-suited people for this type of work.
We need a ROCKSTAR WordPress Support Team member that can join our team for anywhere between 0-10 hours a week to start.
Here’s what we’re looking for!
– North American Timezone. This is non-negotiable. You need to currently be residing somewhere in PST / MST / CST / EST timezones. This particular support role is not for someone living in an opposite timezone, but working in North American times. We need support during our daytime operations, ongoing.
– You must be super savvy with WordPress… bonus points if you have LifterLMS experience!
– You have technical problem-solving skills. You’re not afraid to roll your sleeves up, test things out, reach out to support teams, chase the solutions down, and clearly communicate the problem + solution. You don’t have all the answers, but you’re willing to find them.
– You’re customer service-oriented. If a member reaches out to us with a problem, you’re able to troubleshoot with them clearly and kindly! If you’re afraid of people, this role likely isn’t for you.
– You have intermediate skills — you know enough that you don’t have to YouTube everything, but you also love challenging yourself and continue to learn and refine your skill set. You’re not senior in your skills, but you are far from entry-level.
