As a technical support agent, your job will be to communicate with customers through our help desk and provide them with answers and solutions to their questions, in a professional manner.
Providing our clients with fast and professional support is crucial to our business. This job is pretty simple for anyone who knows WordPress well enough, and has some skills with troubleshooting. Knowing HTML/CSS very well is also very important for this job.
– Fluent in english (speaking & writing)
– 1 year (or more) experience working with WordPress, such as theme/plugin customizations, building websites etc..
– Strong skill with HTML, CSS
– Some skills in PHP and jQuery are a plus
– Great communication skills
– Part-time position (4hrs/day Monday to Friday)
– Video call with supervisor 1 to 3 times per week (eastern time zone)
– Responding to support tickets, providing bug fixes and solutions to our clients
– Daily communication with supervisor through Slack/Skype
Being successful at this position will lead to more work in WordPress development.
