WordPress Technical Support Engineer
We are looking for a skilled and passionate WordPress Technical Support Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in WordPress troubleshooting, hosting environments, DNS management, and customer support.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for WordPress websites
- Troubleshoot plugin, theme, hosting, and DNS-related issues
- Perform website migrations and backups
- Resolve website performance and security issues
- Assist clients via email, chat, or ticket systems
- Work with cPanel, Cloudflare, and hosting platforms
- Monitor website uptime and functionality
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of WordPress
- Experience with Elementor, Divi, or WPBakery
- Understanding of DNS, domains, SSL, and hosting
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP, and MySQL
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple support tickets efficiently
Nice to Have
- Experience with SEO tools and optimization
- WP-CLI knowledge
- Familiarity with WooCommerce
- Experience working in customer support environments
