Custom UI/UX Graphic Design & Elementor Pro Animation (4-Week Co-Build with a Technical Client)
This is a fully remote, project based role (global applicants welcome).
Project Title:
Custom UI/UX Graphic Design & Elementor Pro Animation (4-Week Co-Build with a Technical Client)
Project Overview:
I am launching a completely new industry concept and standard. Because this is a novel category that does not yet exist on the market, the website must act as a powerful visual education tool to make the concept approachable, inviting, and intriguing.
I have 100% of the text written for a 12+ page website. Because this is proprietary IP and a highly specialized standard, I will handle all text entry and content management myself. No copywriting or text editing is required. However, I will use you (and any collaborator you choose to involve) as a critical “indicator” — if you can read my draft text and understand the concept well enough to visualize it, we know the writing is on the right track for the general public.
I am hiring you as a creative co-builder strictly to elevate my text and build the visual wrapper. I already have layout ideas, rough visual designs, diagrams, and a hero concept in place. I need you to refine and professionalize these materials — while preserving their logic and meaning — into polished web graphics, custom diagrams, and structured infographics. The design requires a highly modern, beautiful look with smooth, scroll-triggered animations (such as floating cards) to pace the explanation clearly.
This is a new concept and standard, not a variation on existing industry patterns. All visuals must be designed from scratch. You may not base diagrams, infographics, icons, or layouts on generic marketplace templates, stock visual clichés, or AI-generated imagery. The visual system must be derived directly from my framework and text, not from existing market metaphors.
Timeline Requirement:
The project is structured as a focused 4-week co-build. Because I am handling the text entry myself, your scope is focused entirely on the UI/UX design, creation of the graphic assets, and implementation of the animation framework within that period. If core milestones are not met by the agreed point in the schedule proposed in your accepted proposal and milestone plan, we will pause and jointly reassess scope, viability, and fit before continuing.
Technical Setup & Autonomy Requirements:
I am an intermediate WordPress user, and I already have Elementor Pro installed and active on my SiteGround hosting environment. The animations and visual layouts must be wrapped into reusable Elementor templates or custom global widgets.
I must retain 100% permanent autonomy over my content. I need to be able to freely add text, rewrite text, fix typos, and duplicate sections myself using these custom Elementor blocks without needing to hire a developer for daily changes. Please design components with clear naming, simple controls, and non-developer-friendly usability so routine content updates, duplication, and adaptation can be handled safely without ongoing technical support.
Wherever possible, animation patterns should be implemented as reusable Elementor templates or custom global widgets so I can duplicate and reuse them across the site. Advanced animation logic can remain locked where appropriate, but the surrounding content blocks should remain easy to edit, duplicate, and reuse safely.
Your role is the heavy-duty design engineering and animation framework; my role is ongoing ownership of the content layer.
Security & Environment Architecture:
Development will be executed entirely within a SiteGround staging sandbox using SiteGround’s “Collaborator” access to protect production credentials. You will have full access inside the staging sandbox to engineer the code. Because I possess technical WordPress/Elementor Pro skills, I am managing the database configuration and will handle the final “Push to Live” deployment internally.
Collaboration Style:
I am a hands-on technical manager and will be working in the staging site daily. I expect short, frequent iterations and regular screen-share sessions (2–3 per week) to co-review layouts, graphics, and interactions. This is a high-collaboration role, not a hands-off “deliver at the end” project. I value radical honesty and direct communication.
Mandatory Estimating & Quote Requirements:
To ensure a realistic quote and avoid padded estimates, all applicants must provide a clear, transparent breakdown in their proposal. Please include:
- Major Tasks & Hours: Break down your estimate by major tasks (e.g., graphic translation/infographic design hours vs. Elementor Pro animation/engineering hours).
- Assumptions: Explicitly list your technical assumptions regarding how you will implement the smooth scroll effects (native Elementor motion vs. lightweight libraries like GSAP).
- Fixed-Price Milestones: Propose a 4-week fixed-price milestone structure tied to concrete deliverables (e.g., Milestone 1: approved static layouts/graphics; Milestone 2: functional animated Elementor templates delivered to my dashboard).
Screening Requirement for Applicants:
I am looking for a single hybrid expert who can handle both custom graphic design/infographics and advanced frontend animation coding. If you work with a tight micro-team (for example, a designer + developer pair), please specify who does what and include shared portfolio links.
Please reply with links to live WordPress sites where you personally created visual graphics, icons, or infographics, and coded the custom frontend scroll interactions — ideally within Elementor or using GSAP.
Important: Generic template based Elementor sites are not sufficient evidence on their own for this project. Please do not send only portfolios that show lightly customized themes or marketplace kits. At least some of the examples you share must demonstrate original visual systems, custom diagrams/infographics, and bespoke motion work that you designed and implemented yourself.
Confidentiality Notice:
Because this concept is highly proprietary, I require a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before sharing any specific layout directions, text samples, or visual style anchors. Please confirm whether you (and any collaborator) are open to signing an NDA so we can schedule a discovery call.
If this project is a fit, please apply.
