AussieJessRS Pty Ltd is an authorised BIGO reseller.

We’re looking for an experienced backend/API developer to complete and stabilise the integration between our WooCommerce site and the BIGO API, so paid customer orders are processed and fulfilled automatically.

BIGO has already supplied the required API credentials and integration documentation. RSA public/private keys have been generated and API/signature testing has begun, but the integration is not yet functioning correctly.

Scope of Work

• Audit the existing WordPress, WooCommerce, and BIGO API integration
• Identify the public outbound IP address used when sending requests to BIGO
• Confirm whether hosting provides a fixed/static outbound IP; if not, recommend and implement a solution for BIGO IP allowlisting
• Review and correct the RSA request-signing/signature process
• Review BIGO API authentication and credentials
• Test the BIGO signature/API test endpoint and diagnose failures
• Repair or rebuild the custom WooCommerce/BIGO integration as needed
  Automatically send correct BIGO recharge/order info after a WooCommerce order is paid
• Correctly process BIGO API responses
  Implement error handling, logging, retries, and failed-order handling
• Ensure all API secrets, credentials, and private RSA keys are stored securely
• Provide technical information BIGO requires (confirmed server IP, API test info, complete cURL requests)
• Complete end-to-end testing: WooCommerce payment ? BIGO API request ? BIGO recharge ? order fulfilment

Required Experience

WordPress, WooCommerce, PHP, custom plugin development, REST API integrations, RSA/API request signing, OAuth/API authentication, webhooks, JSON/API debugging, cURL, Linux/server configuration, static outbound IP setup, IP allowlisting, and secure credential/key handling.

Note: This is a backend/API integration project, not a design project. We need someone comfortable diagnosing an existing integration, working with technical API docs, reviewing server/network configuration, and liaising with BIGO technical support directly.
