Quick cleanup of old WordPress site

I have a very old website WiserWorldWeb.org (and .com) which I have not used for many years. All I want is to change probably a few lines of code that cause garbage to be displayed on opening the site. For a knowledgeable person this may take only a few minutes. I am an old idealist who is now incapable of fixing this. I may just close down the site.
